续财政预算案2021宣布后,雇佣津贴已升级至2.0。雇佣津贴 2.0 最高津贴额为 RM6,000,当然必须符合条规。
In conjunction with the Budget 2021, Hiring Incentive has been upgraded to 2.0. The hiring incentive per month increased from the previous RM1,000 to RM6,000.
总共分为6组不同的雇佣津贴
There are 6 different types of Hiring Incentives
A. 40岁以下:每月最高RM4,000 (薪水的40%)(长达6个月)
A. 40 and below : highest incentive per month of RM4,000 (40% of monthly salary)(up to 6 months)
B. 40岁以上:每月最高RM6,000 (薪水的60%)(长达6个月)
B. 40 and above : highest incentive per month of RM6,000 (60% of monthly salary)(up to 6 months)
C. 弱势群体:每月最高RM6,000 (薪水的60%)(长达6个月)
C. Vulnerable Group : highest incentive per month of RM6,000 (60% of monthly salary)(up to 6 months)
D. 长期失业:每月最高RM6,000 (薪水的60%)(长达6个月)
D. Prolonged Unemployment : highest incentive per month of RM6,000 (60% of monthly salary)(up to 6 months)
E. 马来西亚化(取代客工/外劳): 每月最高 RM4,000+RM2,000(薪水的40%+20%)(长达6个月)
E. Malaysianization : highest incentive per month of RM6,000 (60% of monthly salary)(up to 6 months)
F. 学徒计划:每月RM1,000 (长达3个月)
F. Apprenticeship: Incentive per month of RM1,000 (up to 3 months)2021年1月, 大马的失业率升至4.8%。
行动管制令2.0的开始并延长,预计失业率会继续提高。需要人才扩展的老板们,不妨用津贴继续招聘。
