只要有员工，就必须得缴付吗？ �不。必须有10位以上的马来西亚居民员工，才需要缴付 As long I have employee, I have to contribute to HRDF Levy?� No. Only employer who has 10 or more Malaysian Citizen employees, need to contribute to HRDF.——
几时开始注册呢？� 01.03.2021 开始 When do we need to register?� Starting 01.03.2021——
现在就要还HRDF 了吗？ �政府允许HRDF 豁免至 31.05.2021。所以暂时还不需要还先。可以参考 Exempt Order。 Do we need to pay HRDF now?� Fortunately, there is an exemption until 31.05.2021. You can refer Exempt Order.——
要缴还多少钱呢？ �1% x 员工的每月薪水 What is the contribution rate? � 1% of your employee’s monthly wage——
是扣员工的薪水吗？� 不。必须由雇主承担 This is employee’s liability correct? Deduct employee’s salary? No. It is the employer’s responsibility.——
给了有什么好处？� 员工可以去上课学习。Claim HRDF。 Is there any benefit after contributing?� You can send your staff to continuous development. HRDF claimable.——
