Ia menetapkan dengan jelas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jenis harta atau aset yang dipindahkan ke dalam amanah.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Benefisiari yang layak menerima manfaat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tugas dan kuasa pemegang amanah termasuk:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mengurus pelaburan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melantik pemegang amanah baharu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menukar kepentingan benefisiari.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Contoh:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Bare trust, discretionary trust, fixed trust dan charitable trust.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>2\ufe0f\u20e3 Bare Trust<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>bare trust<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Bare trust memegang aset atas nama pemegang amanah untuk seorang benefisiari, biasanya di bawah umur.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pemegang amanah tidak mempunyai kuasa budi bicara \u2014 apabila benefisiari mencapai umur yang ditetapkan, aset akan dipindahkan kepada mereka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Contoh:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Seorang bapa menubuhkan amanah untuk anaknya menerima harta pada umur 21 tahun.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>3\ufe0f\u20e3 Discretionary Trust<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Dalam discretionary trust, pemegang amanah mempunyai kuasa untuk menentukan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Benefisiari mana yang menerima pendapatan atau modal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jumlah yang diterima.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masa pembayaran dibuat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trust deed menetapkan had kuasa dan syarat-syarat pemegang amanah.
