Di bawah akta ini, entiti yang menjalankan aktiviti perniagaan Labuan dikenakan cukai mengikut LBATA, manakala entiti di luar skopnya dikenakan cukai di bawah Akta Cukai Pendapatan 1967.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Apa itu Aktiviti Perniagaan Labuan?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Aktiviti perniagaan Labuan merujuk kepada sama ada aktiviti perdagangan atau bukan perdagangan yang dijalankan di, dari, atau melalui Labuan.
