How many days to furnish your TP Documentation? 30 Days or 14 Days?
新的税务法令提到假设公司没有在限定的时间内呈上 TP 文件，罚款将从 2万令吉 开始起跳，最高罚款10万令吉。有效日期 01.01.2021。
Effective 01.01.2021, failure to furnish TP documentation within the time frame given by IRB, the Company will be penalised from RM20k to RM100k. 那限定的时间是多久呢？ Question is : What is the time frame ? 过去的 TP 指南就提到，限定的时间是30天。30天内必须呈到税务局手中。但有效 01.01.2021 开始，税务局将原来的30天，缩短成了14 天。
Reference to the TP Guidelines, companies are given 30 days. But, effective 01.01.2021 the IRB has shorten the initial 30 days to 14 days.————-
