\/>\n\u6839\u636e\u300a1967\u5e74\u6240\u5f97\u7a0e\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c13(1)(a)\u6761\uff0c\u51e1\u56e0\u4efb\u804c\u6216\u5c65\u884c\u804c\u52a1\u800c\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6b3e\u9879\uff08\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u73b0\u91d1\u6216\u5b9e\u7269\u5f62\u5f0f\uff09\u90fd\u9700\u7eb3\u7a0e\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u6709\u660e\u786e\u8c41\u514d\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><b>1. \u7b2c13(1)(a)\u6761\u4e0b\u7684\u53ef\u8bfe\u7a0e\u96c7\u4f63\u6536\u5165<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5e94\u8bfe\u7a0e\u6536\u5165\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5de5\u8d44\u3001\u85aa\u6c34\u3001\u82b1\u7ea2\u3001\u4f63\u91d1\u3001\u916c\u91d1\u3001\u6d25\u8d34<\/span><\/li>\n<li \u4e0e\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e0\u5173\u7684\u793c\u7269\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u7ed3\u5a5a\u793c\u91d1\uff09\u4e0d\u5c5e\u4e8e\u5e94\u8bfe\u7a0e\u6536\u5165\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><b>2. \u916c\u91d1\uff08Gratuity\uff09 <a href=\"https:\/\/phl.hasil.gov.my\/pdf\/pdfam\/PR_09_2016.pdf\">[Public Ruling 9\/2016]<\/a><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>\u5f53\u96c7\u5458\u56e0\u8f9e\u804c\u6216\u9000\u4f11\u800c\u7ec8\u6b62\u96c7\u4f63\u5173\u7cfb\u65f6\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u652f\u4ed8\u4e00\u7b14\u916c\u91d1\u3002\u8be5\u916c\u91d1\u5728\u6536\u5230\u7684\u5e74\u5ea6\u5185\u5e94\u7eb3\u7a0e\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u6839\u636e\u300a\u9644\u8868\u516d\u300b\u7b2c25\u6bb5\u83b7\u5f97\u8c41\u514d\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>\u5168\u989d\u8c41\u514d<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u82e5\u916c\u91d1\u56e0\u4ee5\u4e0b\u539f\u56e0\u652f\u4ed8\uff0c\u5219\u5168\u989d\u514d\u7a0e\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li href=\"http:\/\/lampiran1.hasil.gov.my\/pdf\/pdfam\/PR_05_2019.pdf\">[Public Ruling 5\/2019]<\/a><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>\u9644\u52a0\u798f\u5229\u6307\u5177\u6709\u8d27\u5e01\u4ef7\u503c\u3001\u53ef\u8f6c\u6362\u4e3a\u73b0\u91d1\u7684\u5b9e\u7269\u6216\u73b0\u91d1\u6027\u597d\u5904\u3002<br \/>\n\u5f53\u8fd9\u4e9b\u798f\u5229\u56e0\u96c7\u4f63\u5173\u7cfb\u800c\u83b7\u5f97\u65f6\uff08\u65e0\u8bba\u6765\u81ea\u96c7\u4e3b\u6216\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\uff09\uff0c\u5373\u5c5e\u5e94\u8bfe\u7a0e\u6536\u5165\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><span
