\u662f\u5bf9\u5904\u7f6e\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u6216\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u516c\u53f8\uff08RPC\uff09\u80a1\u4efd\u6240\u5f97\u6536\u76ca\u5f81\u6536\u7684\u7a0e\u9879\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u5bf9\u8d44\u672c\u5229\u5f97\u5f81\u7a0e\uff0c\u4f46 RPGT \u662f\u4e00\u9879\u7279\u4f8b\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u300a1976\u5e74\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u6cd5\u300b\uff08Real Property Gains Tax Act 1976\uff09\u6267\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\uff08RPGT\uff09\uff1f<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\uff08RPGT\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u8d44\u672c\u5229\u5f97\u7a0e\uff0c\u9488\u5bf9\u51fa\u552e\u4f4d\u4e8e\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u7684\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u6216\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u516c\u53f8\uff08RPC\uff09\u80a1\u4efd\u6240\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6536\u76ca\u5f81\u7a0e\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><b>\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">\u5f53\u5e94\u7a0e\u8d44\u4ea7\u4ee5\u9ad8\u4e8e\u8d2d\u5165\u4ef7\u51fa\u552e\u65f6\uff0c\u6240\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u5229\u6da6\u5373\u4e3a\u5e94\u7a0e\u6536\u76ca\uff0c\u987b\u7f34\u7eb3 RPGT\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><b>2. \u53ef\u62b5\u6263\u4e8f\u635f\uff08Allowable Loss\uff09<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>\u5f53\u5e94\u8bfe\u7a0e\u8d44\u4ea7\u4ee5\u4e8f\u635f\u4ef7\u683c\u51fa\u552e\u65f6\uff0c\u8be5\u91d1\u989d\u79f0\u4e3a\u201c\u53ef\u62b5\u6263\u4e8f\u635f\u201d\uff08allowable loss\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\u53ef\u62b5\u6263\u4e8f\u635f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u8d44\u4ea7\u5904\u7f6e\u5f53\u5e74\u7684\u603b\u5e94\u8bfe\u7a0e\u6536\u76ca\u4e2d\u6263\u9664\u3002<\/li>\n<li
