\u4e3a\u672a\u6ee121\u5c81\u4e14\u672a\u5a5a\u4eb2\u5c5e\u8bbe\u7acb\u7684\u4fe1\u6258<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u82e5\u7b26\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6240\u6709\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u4fe1\u6258\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6536\u5165\u5c06\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u7684\u6536\u5165\uff1a<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><b>\u6761\u4ef6<\/b><\/td>\n<td><b>\u8981\u6c42<\/b><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><span 400;\">\u8be5\u4eb2\u5c5e\u5728\u8bfe\u7a0e\u5e74\u5ea6\u524d\u5df2\u7ed3\u5a5a\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8be5\u4eb2\u5c5e\u5728\u8bfe\u7a0e\u5e74\u5ea6\u5f00\u59cb\u65f6\u5df2\u6ee121\u5c81\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u5e76\u975e\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e2d\u7684\u201c\u4eb2\u5c5e\u201d\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u5df2\u53bb\u4e16\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>2. \u53ef\u64a4\u9500\u7684\u4fe1\u6258\uff08Revocable Settlement\uff09<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u82e5\u4fe1\u6258\u6216\u8d60\u4e0e\u53ef\u88ab\u64a4\u9500\uff0c\u5219\u8be5\u6536\u5165\u89c6\u4e3a\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u6240\u5f97\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><b>(a) \u64a4\u9500\u6743\u7684\u4e00\u822c\u60c5\u51b5<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u82e5\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u6709\u6743\u64a4\u9500\u4fe1\u6258\uff08\u7acb\u5373\u6216\u672a\u6765\uff09\uff0c\u76f8\u5173\u8d44\u4ea7\u6216\u6536\u5165\u5c06\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u6240\u6709\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>(b) \u9700\u7ecf\u540c\u610f\u6216\u65e0\u9700\u540c\u610f<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e0d\u8bba\u64a4\u9500\u662f\u5426\u9700\u4ed6\u4eba\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u80fd\u51b3\u5b9a\u7ec8\u6b62\u8be5\u5b89\u6392\uff0c\u6536\u5165\u5373\u5f52\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>(c) \u89c6\u4e3a\u6240\u5f97\u7684\u5904\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u82e5\u5b58\u5728\u64a4\u9500\u6743\uff0c\u4fe1\u6258\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6536\u5165\u5c06\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u6240\u5f97\uff0c\u5e76\u6839\u636e\u7b2c45(2)\u6761\u8fdb\u884c\u5408\u5e76\u8bc4\u7a0e\uff08\u592b\u59bb\u5171\u540c\u8bc4\u7a0e\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>3. \u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u63a7\u5236\u4fe1\u6258\u5e76\u4f7f\u7528\u5176\u6536\u5165<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u82e5\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u3001\u5176\u4eb2\u5c5e\u6216\u5176\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u5c06\u4fe1\u6258\u7684\u6536\u5165\u7528\u4e8e\u81ea\u8eab\u76ee\u7684\uff08\u5982\u501f\u7528\uff09\uff0c\u8be5\u90e8\u5206\u6536\u5165\u89c6\u4e3a\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u6240\u5f97\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u82e5\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u5df2\u7f34\u7a0e\uff0c\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c40\u5c06\u9000\u7a0e\u7ed9\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>4. \u4fe1\u6258\u578b\u8d60\u4e0e\uff08Settlement Creating a Trust\uff09<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u82e5\u4fe1\u6258\u6210\u7acb\u5e76\u5c06\u6536\u5165\u8f6c\u5165\u4fe1\u6258\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u5219\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u6536\u5230\u7684\u6536\u5165\u89c6\u4e3a\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u6240\u5f97\u3002\n \u4f46\u82e5\u4fe1\u6258\u53d1\u751f\u4e1a\u52a1\u4e8f\u635f\uff0c\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u4e0d\u5f97\u7533\u62a5\u6263\u9664\u3002<\/p>\n<p><b>\u6cd5\u5b9a\u6536\u5165\u5904\u7406\uff1a<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li \u975e\u4fe1\u6258\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u8d60\u4e0e<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u82e5\u65e0\u8bbe\u7acb\u4fe1\u6258\uff0c\u5219\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u7684\u6536\u5165\u7b49\u4e8e\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u5e94\u5f97\u7684\u6cd5\u5b9a\u6536\u5165\u6216\u7531\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c40\u957f\u51b3\u5b9a\u7684\u91d1\u989d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>6. \u591a\u4f4d\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u60c5\u51b5<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u82e5\u6709\u4e24\u4f4d\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\uff0c\u6bcf\u4f4d\u4ec5\u5c31\u5176\u5404\u81ea\u8d21\u732e\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u6216\u6536\u5165\u6bd4\u4f8b\u88ab\u8bfe\u7a0e\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>7. \u7ed9\u4e88\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u7684\u4fe1\u6258<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\uff08\u672a\u6ee118\u5c81\uff09\u82e5\u4ece\u4fe1\u6258\u83b7\u5f97\u6536\u5165\uff0c\u4ecd\u9700\u7eb3\u7a0e\u3002\n \u8be5\u6536\u5165\u53ef\u8bc4\u7a0e\u4e8e\u672c\u4eba\u3001\u7236\u6bcd\u6216\u76d1\u62a4\u4eba\uff0c\u6216\u7531\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c40\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u4ee3\u7f34\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u82e5\u901a\u8fc7\u4fe1\u6258\u5c06\u6536\u5165\u8f6c\u79fb\u7ed9\u5b50\u5973\uff0c\u4e14\u5b50\u5973\u5728\u8bfe\u7a0e\u5e74\u5ea6\u521d\u672a\u6ee121\u5c81\u4e14\u672a\u5a5a\uff0c\u5219\u6536\u5165\u89c6\u4e3a\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u6240\u5f97\uff08\u4f9d\u636e s.65(1)\uff09\u3002 <\/span><b>below 21 and unmarried<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at the start of the basis year [s.65(1)].<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u5173\u952e\u8981\u70b9<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u4fe1\u6258\u6536\u5165\u53ef\u80fd\u4ecd\u9700\u5728\u8bbe\u7acb\u4eba\u540d\u4e0b\u8bfe\u7a0e\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u672a\u5a5a\u4e14\u672a\u6ee121\u5c81\u4eb2\u5c5e\u3001\u53ef\u64a4\u9500\u4fe1\u6258\u7b49\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:
