1949\u5e74\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\u6cd5\uff08Stamp Act 1949\uff09\uff0c\u51cf\u514d\u6db5\u76d6\u5bb6\u5ead\u8f6c\u8ba9\u3001REIT\u3001\u516c\u53f8\u91cd\u7ec4\u53ca\u5173\u8054\u516c\u53f8\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u8f6c\u8ba9\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>\u5bb6\u5ead\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7684\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\u51cf\u514d<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><b>i. \u914d\u5076\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8f6c\u8ba9<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">\u6839\u636e\u300a2007\u5e74\u7b2c10\u53f7\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\uff08\u8c41\u514d\uff09\u4ee4\u300b\uff0c\u53ef\u4eab\u6709 100% \u5168\u989d\u8c41\u514d\u3002<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u592b\u59bb\u4e4b\u95f4\u81ea\u613f\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7684\u4e0d\u52a8\u4ea7\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>ii. \u7236\u6bcd\u4e0e\u5b50\u5973\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8f6c\u8ba9<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">\u6839\u636e\u300a2002\u5e74\u7b2c7\u53f7\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\uff08\u51cf\u514d\uff09\u4ee4\u300b\uff0c\u53ef\u4eab\u6709 50% \u7684\u51cf\u514d\u3002<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">\u6839\u636e\u300a2020\u5e74\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\uff08\u8c41\u514d\uff09\uff08\u7b2c4\u53f7\uff09\uff08\u4fee\u6b63\uff09\u4ee4\u300b\uff0c\u53ef\u4eab\u6709 100% \u7684\u8c41\u514d\u3002<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5c06\u4e0d\u52a8\u4ea7\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7ed9\u83b7\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u6295\u8d44\u4fe1\u6258\u57fa\u91d1\uff08REITs\uff09\u6216\u8d22\u4ea7\u4fe1\u6258\u57fa\u91d1\uff08PTFs\uff09\u7684\u53d7\u6258\u4eba\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>ii. \u516c\u53f8\u91cd\u7ec4\u6216\u5408\u5e76\u4e0b\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u8f6c\u8ba9\uff08\u7b2c15\u6761\uff09<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u7533\u8bf7\u8d44\u4ea7\u6216\u80a1\u4efd\u8f6c\u8ba9 100% \u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\u8c41\u514d\u3002<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"
